Hey there. I'm Cory. I'm a mom, and a certified coach, and host of other things. I'm glad you're here.

Since becoming a mother I've realized there just aren't a lot of resources out there to help moms reclaim themselves once they have a child.

There are plenty of youtube's on how to swaddle, sleep, breastfeed, but what about the emotional rollercoaster we experience? How do we talk about the loss of identity? What about the new identity of "Mom"? Our relationships? Sex? Our vaginas? Ya know...the real stuff we need to talk about.

As moms we are so focused on learning how to keep our children alive, that we often lose a part of ourselves in the process. The chaos of this new role shakes up our world and we often feel like Humpty Dumpty, trying to put all the pieces back together again.

Conscious Mama offers coaching packages, workshops and community circles for mothers.

I created Conscious Mama as a safe space for moms to come together and get real, get help, help one another, and talk to each other. This is not a site for judgement, or criticism. You are not here to learn how to hack life (though that may happen). This is a place to be heard, be held, be real, be you.

Our Conscious Mama coaching packages, workshops and community circles create the foundation we need during this critical time in our lives. Through the resources of personalized coaching and an inspiring community, we learn how to reclaim ourselves. We learn to identify what it is we actually need and then how to ask for it. We remember who we are and who we want to be; both as mothers, and as women. Together we find alignment with our inner voices and the connection to our bodies. We build our inner-strength, we remember just how incredible we are.

You may be struggling with this new identity having just become a mom, or perhaps you are a few years in with a toddler or even beyond. The road doesn't necessarily get easier with time, but you can learn how to better navigate it; and if you're looking for support, you're in the right place.

  • you’re not sure who you are anymore

  • you’ve been in survival mode and can’t see a light at the end of the tunnel

  • you feel trapped

  • you feel like you've lost that “spark” you once had because now you’re “just a mom”

  • you resent your partner

  • it's been a few years now...but you still don't feel "back to normal"

  • no one truly understands

  • you “should” be happy...what’s wrong?

  • shouldn't you be through postpartum by now?

  • you’re living with a new form of body shame

  • you don’t really want to have sex anymore

  • you love your child but aren’t happy and that makes you confused and sad

  • “you don't connect with the lifestyle and exterior world of "moms"

What does

Conscious Mama mean?

Con-scious: aware and responding to one's surroundings; awake.

Motherhood can feel like a blur. We rush from one task to the next, whirling through the day, multi-tasking, never pausing to reflect or take stock. Years can go by like this and all of a sudden we wake up and we wonder where the time's gone, how did we get here, who are we?

To be a conscious human is to have a greater awareness of ourselves and the world around us. To surrender, to understand, to be present, to listen.

In this context, to be a conscious mama is to listen to ourselves, to take the time to understand how we're feeling, what we need, in order to be the best versions of ourselves that we can be.

Cory’s work has transformed my relationship with myself.

When we first met I was struggling with physical fatigue which was triggering my autoimmune issues.  Fast forward 3 years later and my health is the best it’s ever been.  Cory is so insightful and encouraging and I leave every meeting with gems I take into action into my daily life.  I’m grateful for her wisdom and her continued support

In the simplest terms, therapy digs into your past to find out why you are the way you are. You spend time going down the rabbit holes of the “why” and try to unpack things at the root. Coaching focuses on the future and where you’re headed. Coaches rarely dig into the past, bust instead we focus on the now and how to get you to the next step. In ways of working, a therapist is typically more of a sounding board, where a coach is more hands on, figuring out the problem with you, and offering solutions.

My Game Changer session with Cory was exactly what I needed to bring me clarity, and help me realize what I needed to do to take action on my new career path. Cory helped me realize what has been holding me back to date, and I left the session with a sense of clear direction, and excitement. Coaches need coaches too!

My session with Cory was amazing. My "aha" moment was when she gave me the mantra "I am deserving". I don't think I ever realized that deep down... I didn't believe that. That was truly an incredible experience and it was awesome to see how Cory could dig deep and get to the root of the problem. I'm so excited for this new perspective. It was awesome, and Cory is an amazingly talented coach. She sure knows what she's doing!

I feel the need to mention that I cried like 3 times while I was journaling. Mommas helping mommas learn how to love being mommas. My hormones cannot handle it. I'm so SO SO glad you're doing conscious mama. I'm so glad I got to do Conscious Mama!

I’m a coach and producer. I’ve toured with bands like Bon Jovi and Fleetwood Mac, built festivals like Coachella and summits for brands like goop, but nothing could have prepared me for the biggest production of my life: motherhood….
